extra emphasis on no.
Actually MoS, even though Katmandoo's a moron, in your case he was right.
You fool, you could have spent that time and effort learnig to play guitar for real and then have actually acheived something useful.
Everyone on this board is racist.
And...fail.
No one likes you, Patmandoo.:|
Leave?:?
I'm going to sue all of you for discrimination. Stupid white people.
Still fail, unfortunately.
Racism is only funny WHEN DONE RIGHT.
I think Patmandoo's a pretty cool guy. eh fails repeatedly and doesnt afraid of anyone.
He's not even a funny troll, just ban him :?.
The worst part is he's not trying to troll. He's trying to be funny.:|
Yes.
would anyone care to comment on my last post.
I suppose.
During the breakdown, he shows that he does more than just play fast. The break is slow, and sounds great. You can see him get lost in the sound, while he's going through it. To say he "has no soul" because he's playing a fast song is pretty premature, seeing as how you're judging him on a fast song, and not really hearing him play anything soulful (aside from the break, which sounds pretty good to me).
But, of course, it's the age-old debate. Speed players will say that slower, more soulful players are playing "easy" pieces. Slower, more soulful players will say that speed players are playing pieces with "no soul." I tend to find the merit in the two, because to act as if both styles don't have their own ups and downs is a fallacy.
I'd say if you can get SRV and do both, thats when you know you kick ass
HE has a soul and he can get pretty fast.
