Can you make a barbeque that has a giant lens for the cover. It would cook from the top down, like when you shine a magnifying glass on an ant. Just close the cover and hope the sun doesn't go behind a cloud.
Does this already exist? Even remotely possible?

Dude I used to kill all kinds of shit with a magnifying glass. These catapillers we had in Georgia were the best. I would tie them down with a piece of pinestraw or stake them to the ground with a small twig then just go to town with a magnifying glass. My favorite was to disturb a huge red ant pile and throw the catapillers in. O how they squirmed and writhed in pain!
