Almost every inch of concrete along the Rapid tracks is tagged, so crossing town I see 50-100 tags on any given day, most of them the same half dozen or so people over and over again, but today I caught one I'd missed before, and it made me lol.

Probably eight feet across and five feet high: Value Horse.
