I know that you didn't, but discussing shock videos is pratically asking somebody to post a link to one of them. Even if it's just in ignorance (Yeah, I saw this video and it was disgusting), it's still not something we want linked to. I've seen it happen several times in other threads, and I had to remove it.

The pain olympics is fake. It looks very realistic though. I was tricked the first time I saw it.

was there a link posted in there, i don't see what's wrong with just putting in the name of the video as long as there is no link to it. But i'm still new here it's not like my opinion has any weight to it.

There wasn't an outright link, but there was an invitation to search for it...

Maybe an adult member wouldn't be stupid enough to actually look for it, but remember there are also 15-year olds (and younger, in the case of guests), who would actually look for it. I'd rather not take the chance that anyone would go looking for it.

I try not to be strict, but... these are shock videos...

I did a text-only search for what that video was - it's not something anyone needs to see.
