I don't see why this has to be in senseless banter or has to be locked, it is kind of sad the amount of active people as apposed to the inactive ones. Shows you how many people kind of look at lucid dreaming and give up on it a moment later, I think thats life though, it's like natural selection, like 1 out of 50 people might know about lucid dreaming, then like 1 out of 10 of those might try it seriously at some point, then like 1 out of 5 of those has kept at it for over a year, then like 1 out of 20 of those have mastered it.

Those are completely BSed statistics but it's something like that.

yeah i used to be able to do it when i was a little kid but then it just stopped when i got into highschool last year. i was really bored and thinking "hm i need a new hobby and something to bring some excitement into my life and motivate me."
well i remembered a dream i had that i could control, so looked it up found lucid dreaming on wikihow and start having A LOT of dreams every night. but then it suddenly stopped . so i started looking on google and found this. i really happy i found it too, its such a helpful forum and i hope you guys stay around for a long long time

Yeah I had the same experiences as a child, and it stopped for me too.

I can pretty much garentee I'll be around here for as long as this place is here , I just always knew that lucid dreaming is a hobby that I'd spend as much time on as plausible on (I'm one of the trippiest people I know), statistics aside, if you know this is what you want to spend your life doing as a hobby (at least until you run out of any idea's or just can't do it for some unusual reason) then your probably likely to stay, and it's more possible that you could master lucid dreaming. (of course you don't have to stay to master lucid dreaming).

Stay away from senseless baner it rots your brain...in fact stay away from off-topic all together.
