I've never heard that men can multiple from doing Kegal Exercises. I know you can stop yourself from having an orgasm, but I don't think you can multiple as a male. It wouldn't be very wise for a male to multiple anyways since we produce new sperm every day and if we have a few orgasms in a row our balls would hurt.

It works differently. There's no ejaculation in a male multiple orgasm—and it's not quite the same thing as Kegal exercises, if I'm not mistaken. Look it up.

the neck thing isn't quite right - men can have a priapism if they break a section of their lumbar spine(low on the back). It acts differently than a sexual erection, A guy won't spuzz if you crack his neck
