Why don't we all create a completely new language, it can be called Lucidian or something, so what we need to do is create a sort of dictionary, for example apple in Lucidian could be called a felop....

Do I win?
Guys, we want a new language, not new English slang. :P
I think Mr. Doom did something like this.
A language needs rules more than the nouns. First you have to consider the rules for the different letters and sounds...then you must consider which verbs and their different states. Shall I go or have I already gone? When was it that she went?
Simply saying this word = this words isn't enough...in fact the whole idea of making another language is not only a daunting task, it is a...whats the word...something like pointless only more severe...oh well it is just ludicrous...We have too many languages already.

aorozco we only share the same gurfin birthday date! *me faints then runs away*
Ever heard of Esperanto? Volapuk? Lojban? Not particularly popular, but their purposes were to create an efficient, universal second language not based on the constraints of previous languages others evolved from. Not pointless (unless you mean because of others' apathy, which I doubt you do)
Although yes, this would be a code, not a language. I do agree wit that point.
I heard a word today and I thought it to be the most disgusting word I've ever heard. Here is the word with Lucidian translation.

Extremely evil
