Hey, don't feel bad...I learned most of the Japanese that I know via romanji, so I really haven't gotten the Kana memorized either, although I can recognize some of it, like you said.

Great thread...any thread where we make fun of japanese or anime for no particular reason whatsoever and in the process offend a fan of it is just precious....
