      I want a cigarette...

      ARG!!!! I'm taking Chantix to take the edge off withdrawal and it's been working wonders. But currently I want a cigarette so badly I could scream.
      So, I thought I would post and complain instead.

      I still have my last pack. I like to take one out every now and then and smell it
      The first time I kicked the habit back in Oct. 2000, I kept my last pack for about 7 years (then my kids stole it and I hope it made them sick ).

      I don't like how people say they NEED a cigarette, and then I tell them they don't need one they just want one, and they give me an evil look and say that they do need one...

      I'll stick with my soda pop thank you...

      I could use a pop right now actually...

      Of course, said restaurant is about an hour away and currently closed.

      Well good for you, but it is ignorant and insensitive of you to try and invalidate the EXTREME discomfort of a nicotine withdrawal. Until you've ever been addicted to cigarettes, your 'advice' however helpful you're trying to be, is not only annoying, it's also completely counterproductive. Try being a bit more sympathetic instead of choosing the "I'm better than you for not smoking" approach.

      Where did I say I was better than them for not smoking?

      I even edited my post apologizing about the thread.

      I even told her that she can get over the habit of smoking...

      I don't know what YOU'RE smoking, but read the rest of my post next time.

      PLEASE.... NOBODY take this thread seriously. I'm seriously just trying to get my mind off smoking by being goofy. No deep feelings or rants please. I never took Slayers first post offensively because he concluded it with sarcasm (wanting a soda).



      I got my Sushi fix! WOOHOO!
      I ate my eel and avacado/cucumber roll with my fingers driving home. It wasn't as tasty as it usually is because I normally close my eyes when enjoying such treats... but that's a bit hard to do driving 75 miles an hour down the road
      Right now I'm drinking my Miso and then I'll eat the salad.
