In my life at the moment everything seems to be going wrong. There have been many deaths and illnesses, a heap of stress, life-long friendships falling apart around me, anger, frustration and a whole bunch of other confusing and agitating emotions.
Because of this I've been finding it hard recently to find anything really good in my life at the moment so I would like you guys to comment on this post and add a list of things (as many or as few as you like) that you are glad for in life. Things you are enjoying at the moment in your life or are thankful for. Possibly things that would basically ruin your life if it wasn't in it.

This is my glad list;
1. Exercise (cheerleading, acrobats, stretching)
2. Mum and Dad (They're always there for me)
3. Music (It helps me through the ups and downs [mainly downs])
4. True friends (Those few friends who stick by me when the rest of my life is in ruins)

And thats it. It's so sad that it's such a short list. Unfortunately I could fill an entire A4 page with things that are going wrong with my life at the moment. Don't get me wrong I'm not depressed! I can't wait till this period of my life is over (I know it will end! Hopefully sooner rather then later though)! I just need some assistance in raising my spirits from you guys reading this.

Sorry, I could never stop listing things that are great in my life, so I won't make a list. Exercise is a pretty lame thing to be happy about though. Plus this thread isn't much of a game.

By the way, your list is missing lucid dreaming (or at least the possibility of it). Where do you think you're posting?

Each to their own i guess. It's not my fault you don't enjoy being healthy and fit so please don't mock my interests. Or my game for that matter.
Also i don't really enjoy straining my subconcious mind to attain lucidity. It actually makes me really tired due to lack of sleep. Its not exactly the most fun I've had this week. I understand that this is a dreaming website but at the moment the things i listed are the things that are making me happy. Lucid dreaming is not one of those things at the moment.
Thanks for the nice comment though, it was SO uplifting to hear you judge everything in my post.
But seriously though, next time you could be a little less critical towards me. I'm obviously in a bad mood. Even if you were being sarcastic.

Actually lucid dreaming doesn't require any loss of sleep or "straining" of the subconscious. Getting more sleep is beneficial for lucid dreaming as a whole, no matter what technique you use. More sleep = more dreams, and more dreams = more lucids/recall. The most sleep you could possibly lose anyway is about an hour if you use a VERY long WBTB. In addition to that, the reward of the ability to experience anything one wishes, and the actual experiences leave most lucid dreamers refreshed and in a good mood for the rest of the day, according to most beginner tutorials I've read, and I can also say that having a LD does that for me. Not only that, even just planning for lucid dreams is fun, because you're listing all these impossible but awesome things, and you know that you can do them.

Just saying.

I'm not gonna respond to the other things in your post because it would sound like a flame, and I don't want to piss anyone off by breaking the rules. But I did pick out the lucid dreaming thing because it does have the potential to be one of the things in your life that makes you happy if you get rid of your misconceptions about it.

Of course I don't know everything. At least don't tell me not to post again. No matter how critical I was, after the first one at least I tried to be mature about it. After all, it is to your benefit to clear up misconceptions that will make you less glad, this being the glad game. Jeez.

1. Having another day to try to get "it" right (and another day and another, every time I wake up).
2. I am glad about having my hubby and my kids and I'm mostly glad that my kids will be coming home soon.
3. I'm glad I have such a great pdoc
4. I'm glad that I can whistle so well
5. I'm very glad I'm going to be moving back to the Farm soon.
6. I'm very glad for solitude.
7. Most of all, I'm glad for my God who has helped bring me through the worst 8 months of my entre life.

Is there a block action on this website so i can make you STOP POSTING! Your not helping in any way shape or form by arguing with everything i say! I don't call you continuing to verbally abuse my opinions MATURE so I don't know where you got that idea from. As for clearing up misconceptions benefitting me in some way, that is also untrue as it does not help me at all merely angers me to some extent that you do not know when to STOP POSTING!!
Whatever i wrote in my original post is absolutely true to me and my life at the moment! It is not up to you to say that the things i enjoy in life are erroneous!
So I'll ask you nicely once more! Please, please, PLEASE stop being illegitimately critical! I have not done anything wrong and i understand that you may not accept my opinion, but you do not have to antagonize me any further! Just stop!

Alright well thanks for saying that you don't mean to make me feel so bad. Im not gunna put you on my ignore list because i think that the only reason we keep posting cruel stuff about each other is because we are both too stubborn to let the other one win. That pretty much means we can be good friends or GREAT enemies. Personally i hate enemies so i'd prefer to be good friends with you but its really your choice.

I do admit i may have been taking things to heart a bit more then i probably should but it's only because I was in such a bad mood. On that note i am happy to report that my mood is gradually getting better as the days go on. I'm finally coming out of this 'down' period in my life which is an awesome feeling. Also I believe you should have been a bit nicer in previous posts as I was obviously at a bad place. But i forgive you :P

Heres hoping that we can possibly be friends because I'd hate to be anything less. Happy to say the problems with my friends are all sorting themselves out. Thanks for commenting on that. I've figured that the true friends will come through for me in the end and anyone who doesn't come through for me doesn't deserve my friendship! It took me this long to figure that out! :D
