She's been voting me down this entire game. At first she said it was because I was the highest...then at the last time of her vote, ClouD was the highest and she still voted me down. So I don't know what gives. -shrugs-

1. Because they're in a faction and vote strategically
2. Because they have something against you
3. You're too high up
