The second you said "drunk drivers", I imagined a huge city with cars skidding all over the place, with everyone leaning out their window and clinking glasses with whoever they drove past.

Heh. That would be kind of fun to dream about in a lucid dream, trying to drive through a "mad city", where people skidded across the roads, leaning out their windows with wine glasses, and the president just running around the place screaming "BURN ALL TREES" or something.
