      Unhappy Allergies interfering with sleep

I really feel like my allergies are interfering with my attempts to LD and sleep in general. Recently, I believe South Florida has entered allergy season. (I live in South Florida) Because of this, I can just barely breathe through my nose, so I'm waking up 1-5 times while sleeping. Because of how much it's disrupting my sleep pattern/how much sleep I'm receiving, it is really gonna damage me for when I attempt to LD. Every morning when I wake up, I have
      Spoiler for Gross thing:
, which REALLY sucks, due to how uncomfortable it is. Has anybody had similar issues?

Yes, during certain times of the year I would not be able to function with out allergy medication. Luckily, the same medication that works great for allergies also make one drowsy. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is over the counter. It is one of the strongest allergy meds but is less popular now because it makes you tired. But if sleeping is your goal it is awesome. 25 mg (one tablet) does not interfere with my lucid dreaming at all.

Thanks! This sounds like a great medicine, I'm definitely gonna try to get this.
