Question How Often To Meditate To Impact Lucid Dreams

Wondering if anyone can speak to a general time-scale or frequency of meditation required to impact lucid dreaming? I know that the whole 'schtick with meditation is to do whatever works for you, but I'm a pretty goal-oriented person and having something to aim for helps me focus. For reference I'm adding a meditation session halfway through my 4 workouts per week. I walk in a nature preserve and meditate on a bench. Been doing it for about 1.5 months now, but not sure I've been doing enough to impact dreams. My recall is still pretty weak. I do have better recall on the weekends though. I typically aim for 7 hours of sleep per night.

I'm starting to work through some of the concepts in Sivason's Dream Yoga Basic Skills course (https://www.dreamviews.com/dream-yog...esson-1-a.html), but up to now I've basically just done an awareness meditation for 10-15 minutes (where one tries to focus on solely the breath while lightly dismissing incoming thoughts).

Also would welcome general commentary about how to achieve lucidity through meditation.

I have had very real success achieving lucidity in the dream state using breath centric meditation before bed and then again during WBTB between my second and third REM cycles.

Meditation during the day is a very good way to build your foundational state awareness, though.

The more I gaze....the more I crave to see

When you next stand at cliff's edge....will you finally learn to fly?
