      Running

For those who like to go out running.
      Where do you run?
      When do you run?
What weather do you like to run in?
How long and how far do you run?
      How fast do you run?

I run around a lake that is about 10 minutes from my house. I like to run while the sun is setting because it's quite cool and the light it gorgeous! Running on windy days is always awesome because I get way to hot when the sun's out. I run about 2 miles and it depends what the weather's like and how I feel. I run at quite a slow, even pace but always sprint at the end because it's fun.

      TELL ME.

I use to live on a lake, there was another across the street, I use to run around both of them, in all weather. Not uncommon to come in in an ice strom with ice on one's face. It felt so good. I had a dog, shepard that like to run with me. I don't run fast either. If one waits for the weather, they miss out on so much. It is something I miss in my cramped for time life style.

I go in the morning when there are people out and about, my town isn't the safest area. Remember to carry a cell phone with you and be safe! Don't be brave and run through empty fields, stay in a populated area!

I run whenever I want, as long as I feel like it, even if it's raining outside. Mind you, I'm not a "runner" by definition, but I do like to go for runs every few days. I go until I get tired.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

My dad got me into it. He was a PTI (I think that's what they're called) in the army and one day he was just like "Do you wanna come out a run with me?" So I did. It wasn't a nice jog though, it was like hills and benchpresses lol So I started going on my own. Too bad Winter's coming up

      Thanks for your reply guys
