Having trouble getting & staying asleep. Help??

Okay, so this may be attributed that its winter break and I'm sleeping at 1 and waking up at 11, but I'm having trouble finding a position that will get me to sleep, and then I keep waking up during the night.

I have to toss and turn from my back, to my stomach, to my side, everything. This is obviously a problem as I am remembering less and less of my dreams than, say, a week ago, so I can't even go lucid if I don't even fully remember my dreams.

My normal schedule is 9 to 5, or 10 to 5, so maybe my messed up sleeping pattern is doing this?

      Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you play sports or exercise or do anything active? Now that you're on break you're probably doing less and relaxing around the house more, resulting in excess energy that makes you restless. You'll sleep much more soundly when your body actually needs to recharge.

Oh, yes, i run about 8 miles more or less every day at 6 A.M. Then I go to hell (school) for about 7 hours, come back home, lol at a couple of memes, do homework, go to bed.

Hmm.. i'll try exercising a little more instead of watching 0923840938 movies a day. Thanks for the tip!
