I sleep well everyday, as sooon as I lie on the bed, I get good sleep, I'm less |

Well if you don't wake up too late I don't see any problem with that. |

it can be. your body doesnt need that much sleep. i talked to my doctor about that once i was sleeping from 3am till 5pm the next day and then from 6pm till 11pm every day, turns out my iron was really low. as soon as i started taking iron i wouldnt have been able to sleep that much if i wanted to. thing was when i was sleeping that much i truely couldnt keep my eyes open to save my life. you can buy iron pills at walmart for about 4 dollars if you want to try it taking iron wont hurt anything if thats not the problem. i was told to take 500 mg but you can start out with 65 which is what i think each pill is. i took it twice a day and havent had a problem with it since i no longer take it but my iron is no longer low. |

That iron thing is interesting, if it's true. I need to wake up with an alarm clock. If I let myself wake up at whatever time I wanted to, and allowed myself the freedom to remain in bed after waking up and fall asleep again if I felt like it, I would probably be sleeping for about 10 hours per night. |

and im sure your not either. it was a suggestion. and taking 1 low mg iron pill wont hurt a dern thing. im not trying to argue with you im just saying it was a suggestion based on the information in the original post which was not from you. everyone is entitled to thier own suggestion. freedom of speech. thank you. |
