      Question sleepin on your back?

      so i kinda had a thought last night about something.

      now maybe there has already been some stuff about this but some answers would be cool.

      so could sleeping on your back be better than like sleeping on your side, because if you sleep on your side aren't you putting like weight on your joints and stuff?

      so wouldn't like sleeping on your back be better since there isn't any weight on like as much joints?

      Ive read through other websites and books that sleeping on your back is the best for WILDS/meditation/sleeping. It is as you said, the most even distribution of weight. I find I can sleep into deep thought, or free thought alot faster while on my back. I slept on my side my whole life, so if I lay on my side, it sends my body the wrong signals.

      Tells my body and brain that I am ready and want to sleep. I know I can overcome this, but 9/10 times if I lay on my side I cant make it longer than 20 minutes without falling asleep.
