It doesn't really matter...the only time it would, would maybe be WILDS |

From my rotting body,
flowers shall grow
and I am in them
and that is eternity.
-Edvard Munch
Ive read through other websites and books that sleeping on your back is the best for WILDS/meditation/sleeping. It is as you said, the most even distribution of weight. I find I can sleep into deep thought, or free thought alot faster while on my back. I slept on my side my whole life, so if I lay on my side, it sends my body the wrong signals. |
|
Tells my body and brain that I am ready and want to sleep. I know I can overcome this, but 9/10 times if I lay on my side I cant make it longer than 20 minutes without falling asleep. |
