      sleep problems

      guys i am having sleep problems
      i usually wake up at least one time in between the sleep......it started just a month ago or so......
      i wanna sleep at 9 o'clock but no matter what i try it doesnt happen even if i listen theta brainwave music........
      and may be around after 12 o'clock i sleep.....
      i dont like it.........what to do.......?

      Do you wake up early enough to be properly tired by 9? Maybe you need to force yourself to wake up a bit earlier than usual, so that you're really tired at 9pm and can sleep, then you'll be on track.
