:panic: So, as stated a pal and I have decided to start the Dymaxion sleep cycle out of curiosity, and the pure need to do everything out of the ordinary. We have decided further that we will start tomorrow as it will be a new day and new ideas require a new day in which to start them in my opinion for this case. :panic:
i just read about this sleep cylce and am wondering how effective it is. I don't know how i would be able to achieve it, as i would have to be able to sleep at 12am and then again at 6pm.

Well from what I can calculate, I'll have an extra half a day almost that a normal person would not have. The effectiveness of my cycle will depend on how well I can acclimate to this cycle. My hypothesis is that if I start with the Everyman Cycle and EASE into the Dymaxion I will have a much easier time adjusting to such drastic changes in my sleep cycle. This is mostly to avoid any excessive sleepiness. I hate being extremely tired, and being in school I would rather take longer to acclimate than risk any faltering in my performance at school.:D
