I dunno why but lately I've been falling asleep really late, some cases even 1:30 min after I go to bed. It's really boring and annoying. In happy cases only 30 min but still a lot. Whats happening? How can I fall asleep in like 5-15 min?

I've been having bouts of insomnia for years. It always starts with not being able to sleep for an hour and then progresses until I'm up all night. I've tried over the counter pills but they don't work. They just make it harder to wake up when I do finally fall asleep.
When I was a teenager (when it first started), I'd listen to classical music to help me relax. It would be just loud enough for me to hear it.
Another thing I used to do was empty my mind and imagine I was swimming through the dark.
The best thing to do really is start relaxing as much as you possibly can before bed. Avoid stimulants and such. Last night took me 3 hours to go to sleep but I'd done exercise an hour before going to to bed. And strangely I always seem to forget my own advice :)
You could also try some natural sounds. There's a few on youtube if you search sleep sounds. It won't let me post a link as I've only been registered for 2 days.
Thanks. So pretty much just relax before bed? Yeah I hope I dont get to ur level. I am a teenager lol.
I am no "professional" in the field of insomnia though keeping a steady sleeping schedule could help.
You could also listen to delta binaural/isochronic beats before bed to aid with falling asleep and more drastically take melatonin tablet(s).
Maybe try something similar to getting to SP.
Like, focus on your breathing, and dont let any other thoughts into your head. If its too hard, try counting your breaths.
I find that I fall asleep quite quickly. Even if you dont fall asleep before you get to like, 100, it should atleast help you to relax.

Relaxation, and, try using your imagination. If you're like me, all that thinking will keep you up. I can't stop it, so I switch it, so-to-speak. Use imagination/visualization to create a dream scape. Usually I imagine myself in a field of grass, or whatever sounds like fun. You could even imagine yourself acting out a dream goal, if you have one. Your mind will wander and create visuals automatically until you fade fully into sleep. It's fun, easy, and worth a try.
I think you are totally free in your life because of this you are facing this problem.
So i want to inform you that don't use any medicine to find out the solution of this problem, in other case you have to face harmful results.

It's been happening to me lately
I get so close to falling sleep then my brother (shares room) turns on his xbox. Every time he dies he shouts "wow faggot you suck!"
And he gets louder as the night progresses.
Try reading War and Peace. You'll fall asleep in 5mins.
