if you wake up during nrem sleep does the regular nrem time occur as it should ? like after 3.5 HOUR OF SLEEP i wake up read a little do things then go back to sleep 30 minutes after ? will the next rem stage take place 4.5 HOURS after i first went to bed as it should or would the time be altered ?

Think of it (roughly) like this:

When you are asleep, sleep cycle is ON. When you wake in the night...sleep cycle is paused. When you go back to sleep, sleep cycle resumes, starting where it left off.

SO to enter directly into a rem state after awakening you have to wake up just before its begining ?
and what happens if you wake up in a rem cycle ? if you snooze back you enter directly into it or what ?

Yep. That's the tricky part though. Most (if not all) people naturally have a brief period of awakening after each REM period, even if they don't remember it. But most people will not wake up just before or at the beginning of a REM period, which is why some will try to set alarms to wake them up at that point, it's the best time to get lucid. If you are in a shallow sleep though, such as when taking a morning nap, or during a brief awakening in between dreams, a lot of times the vibrations of SP will snap you back to consciousness and signal the beginning of an LD. Most of the times I've woken up just as I was entering REM, was b/c I noticed the vibrations.

Same thing as I said in my first post regarding NREM. You can wake from a dream, lay completely motionless, and quickly re-enter that very same dream...if you know how. This is called a DEILD (dream exit induced lucid dream).

There's no reason to think otherwise. The only reasons your sleep cycle might be different are if you are mentally/physically exhausted or sick or sleep deprived...in each case your body will tend to favor either slow wave delta sleep if you really need it for repair, or REM (an effect known as REM rebound) if you aren't sleeping long enough each night.
