      Feeling my existence fading away?!

      Does anyone ever has this?

Like the last time: When halucinating under sleep paralysis

I was sitting before my PC Laughing My Ass Off at this very funny internet thing. I just coudn't stop laughing it was so funny.
Then when I finally stopped laughing I felt myself fading out of existence. Everything went very slow and I went completly numb, feeling not a thing. My view started getting these black rings around it coming ever closer to the center off my view, my hearing faded away. I just felt myself being enveloped into complete nothingness...

I'd rather have halucinations where I awake to find fucked up little shits doing weird things around me, then this happening a third time to me!

Try to remember to breath when you are laughing. Sounds like a minor case of asphyxiation. "black outs" "seeing stars" "head rushes" etc...all are merely physical manifestations of physiological functions within the body. When you stand up too quickly, you get a head rush. When you laugh too hard and long...you will start to experience the physical symptoms of oxygen deprivation, or asphyxia. I don't think this has anything to do with hypnagogic hallucinations.

I wasn't gasping for air when I woke from it. I had a relaxed breathing but was kinda startled.

The first time I had this I wasn't laughing at all. Instead I was desperately trying to jump to this intense light at the horizon of an abyss, wich was miles away and ofcourse I fell right into the abyss feeling myself fading out of existence as I went.

Definitely a hypoxia episode. Don't worry. You basically were about to faint. I have low blood pressure and that happens to me all the time. If you had actually fainted, you would have loved the sensation I'm not, in any way, saying asphyxia is good, but when we faint, it actually feels extremely blissful to compensate for the not so good moments previous to fainting.

Yea I've fainted a few times in my life, and I must admit it does feel good. But it's weird really how I will be fainting in the middle of an SP?
I geuss it could be this, I mean this mixed with SP I geuss my mind would interprent it like this.

      Thanks for your answers =)
