Questions about the everyman 2 sleep cycle

Ok so i have my plan for starting my new sleep cycle as follows:

      Core: 1:00am - 5:30am
      Nap 1: 4:00pm - 4:30pm
      Nap 2: 9:00pm - 9:30pm

I can not make the end time of the core later then that, and i cant make the beginning of the first nap any earlier, due to my schedule with school. Any one out there that knows if this is a good schedule? If not then a better way to plan it?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi there Ninja, I too am looking into this and I like your plan. I'll see what others say about it but I may try it myself :-) (I'm a newbie so don't take my opinion as correct)

I'm also thinking about switching to this schedule, and have similar school problems. Have you considered sandwiching school between your two naps, then letting your core sleep fall wherever it falls, even if it's something like 9:30pm-2am?

Actually i have not thought about that, but that definitely does sound like it will work much better. At least considering that there is supposed to be at least a 5 hour time between each nap. But its a good thing i havnt started yet. I was going to but then i realised it wouldnt be a good idea, because i have finals this week at school. Come christmas break, im actually going to start the sleep schedule, but now i will work it to your proposal.

      Thank you very much!

      Sure thing. =)

Do you know any good sites where I can read more about the specifics of this schedule? Is it okay if the naps aren't evenly spaced, for example? What's the maximum amount of time you can have between naps? Is it better to have a long gap between two naps on all days, or to have a more balanced schedule, but only 5-6 out of 7 days? Not sure if you can find that sort of information online or if it's just something you'll have to experiment with and see what works for you.
