      Question Knee pain in WBTB?

      Hello everyone.

I woke up last night, on my left side, rolled over to my back and found I couldn't stretch out my right leg! ..well, I could, but it really hurt my knee. After a while I just forced my leg flat and stayed that way for a while and then it was fine. O.o

      I did 2 reality checks, so I'm fairly sure I wasn't dreaming.

..anyone any idea of what this was? Can muscles cramp up that much, or was it an effect of SP? I'm very experienced with SP, but I've never had this before..

I've had this, I had a massive cramp in my leg, for all I know it just happens sometimes, it probably won't happen again any time soon, at least it hasn't for me!

Hmm.. it didn't feel like a cramp though. Just when I tried to straighten my leg, my knee itself hurt SO much. As if it had somehow all grown together in that bent state.

I get cramps really easily, especially in my lower legs and my toes. It definitely wasn't a cramp. But I have no idea what else it might have been, so I suggested a cramp. ..maybe I shouldn't have, it's confusing XD

You might want to google Restless Leg Syndrome. You might be a little young for that at 25 but there is a genetic disposition for it so meh, might be worth taking a look at. Hope it helps.

      This.

But really, I've woken up like this before. I once woke up with the worst cramp of my life. I couldn't walk for a couple days, and when it would start feeling better I would wake up in the middle of the night again to having cramped my leg up. After a week or so I was fine.

I'm guessing you probably just got your muscle a little too tense while sleeping and then woke up with a cramp.

It wasn't a cramp, though, cramps are in a muscle. This was my knee-joint itself. But it doesn't matter anymore, I've taken the arrow out and went to my local shaman healer and with a few more herbal treatments I should be fine
