      Starting Polyphasic Sleep - LOG

      Thanks Queen Zukin

      Mini Bio
I'm a 16 year old, Jewish, boy. I live in Beverly Hills, California and my name is Daniel.

      SCHEDULE

      3:40 AM
      7:40 AM
      12:40PM/1:15PM
      3:40 PM
      7:40 PM
      11:40 PM

      ~Day 0
I've been wanting to try this for a very very long time. Each nap will last 20 minutes and I will be starting at my 11:40PM nap and the format I will post in is...
      • How hard it was to get out of bed - X/10 (Lower the better)
      • How hard it was to stay awake - X/10 (Lower the better)
      • Reaction time - (Lower the better)
      • How I feel

      As of now
How hard it was to get out of bed - 4/10
How hard it was to stay awake - 0/10
      Reaction time - 0.251 seconds
How I feel - Average, not too tired, not too energetic

Well, you decided to try Uberman. I wish you good luck and easy adjustment.
PS: Did you measure your reaction time before starting polyphasic sleep?

Not to discourage or anything, but I doubt any 16-year-old in the world will have the self-discipline required to pull off uberman. Then again, there are some amazing individuals. But I certainly wish you good look. I've attempted Uberman like five times and for a total of over a month and never sustained it without fuck-ups more than three days. I guess my point is here that don't get discouraged even if you fail badly. It will still build your mental strength if you manage power through even couple of zombie modes. Also it certainly is an unique experience when you start falling asleep while walking x)

I'd love to fix everything and update my post because I changed the times around for my schedule, but that isn't possible here with DV sooo i guess this log has gone to waste

It isn't too recommended that commit to polyphasic sleep before the age of around 21-22 after you're fully developed. Good luck anyway.
