Hello, all!
About month ago, I started my second year of college, and within a couple weeks my sleep schedule had shifted nearly three-quarters of a rotation (~16/24 hrs.)
As it is, I'm fighting it back, not only for the sake of getting my sleep back into one nightly chunk (versus broken up during the afternoon/evening), but also because I'd like to start getting to CLASS again on time. ^_^;
Anyway, I was wondering: would you guys have knowledge and/or tips on getting my sleep schedule back on track?
