Might I have Insomnia?

Hello,

I just wanted to stop by briefly to ask is it possible I have Insomina? I have a very hard time falling alseep. It takes me hours to fall alseep and shut my mind off, I have ADHD which could be part of the problem, but I was wondering if you guys knew? For instance, the longer I stay up, the longer I feel more awake until like 1:00 on the morning I realize I should probably get sleep. Then during the day I feel really tired and exhausted. I'm a light sleep too, which for me, helps lucid dreaming, but I wake up often. Thanks-
