I find that on the rare occasions that I'm able to fall asleep on my back, I have or get very close to a WILD.
If I force myself to sleep in that position enough, will it eventually become my "default" or more comfortable? Because usually if I'm actually able to go to sleep, lying on my back keeps me awake with pains in my back or sides and an urge to roll onto my side that almost drives me insane and causes insomnia if I try to ignore it.
