Do we "vision" the battle of viruses and our immune system when we are sick?

I started feeling the symptoms of a cold about four days ago. Two days ago was the "climax" of the cold(Point in which I felt the worst),and when I went to bed, I had a dream that was semi-vivid but, it felt like there was a strong hidden message behind it. When I woke up from the dream, I started try to remember it again and all I know is that I felt like I was overpowered by entity(Pictured as woman in my dream). Yesterday I took a nap. When I woke up I immediately remembered me somehow battling the woman with a "force", and I was unbelievably tired in the dream and when I woke up. My point is, is that could it be possible for my dreams to correspond with the body's immune system when attacking a virus?

That's an interesting theory! I have the flu right now and I know the day before I started having symptoms I had a dream I was sick but no one would believe me until I was so weak I couldn't get off the floor and then some strangers gathered me up and took me to the hospital. Not exactly related to what you're saying but it's like the dream was warning me I was sick. I think it's quite possible you can translate an illness into a dream symbol of an attacker since you do have an internal battle, of sorts, going on.
