Greetings All! Advice on Sleep Optimization for a hectic schedule

This is my first post on the forums!
I feel as though I am running myself ragged. I am always tired. I am also starting to get that confusing feeling of mixing dreams with reality. Most days I can't wait to sleep, in order to dream. Its as if that was my true life.
I need some help concerning sleep optimization. What are some practices which can help me get better and fuller sleep, albeit in shorter intervals(my normal sleep at any given time is 1-5 hour intervals). Dreaming is not a problem. I dream all the time, usually during the day.
Starting on January 17th, this is what my schedule will look like:
Mon-Wednesday: Wake up at 1:30-2:00 AM. My work including commute lasts till approximately 10:30 AM. Job #2 lasts 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Tuesday & Thursday: Classes from 11:30-12:30 PM
Thursday I have off from my second job.
Friday: 1:30-2:00 AM wake up. Work including commute 10:30 AM. Job #2 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Saturday: Off from Job #1. Job #2 work 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Sunday: OFF
I don't even know if this makes sense. But I don't know what else to do.
