      Recurrent nightmares.

I have been haunted in the past month with recurrent nightmares.. I was sleeping fine until the exam season started. Now even when it's over, the recurrent nightmares continue.

As for their content, it's normal a normal plot, but with HUGE suffering background sensation.. it's a big big pain really. I feel so relieved when I wake up..

Each night is like this, a torture I have to bear with.

How should I deal with this? Where to find a cure? Any help apreciated.

I don't know if you're still on here to check this, but for you or anyone else this is what to do.

Recurring nightmares tend to come from a common point of stress or trauma. Find it and face it. Then it will end.
