      Need help falling asleep?

      Well listen to this.

It's claimed to be one of the most relaxing songs out there. Just listening to this for 10 seconds starting making me feel drowsy, and I wasn't even trying . Also if you couldn't tell, I'm back on the forums I guess.

I like it. Sounds like someone forgot to put the electric instruments in a shoegaze record.

I'll go bed now and try that out. Downloaded the soundfile and transfered it over to my MP3 player, I hope it wont run out of battery before I fall asleep (cheap MP3 player from eBay you kno).

Well, didn't work out for me.
I was in bed 01:42 am (3 minutes later after my post), listened to the track and just relaxed in bed and tried to fall asleep.
Problem for me was that the soundtrack made my mind work through thoughts, random memories popped up and somehow it felt harder to sleep, atleast for me :S

The track went through 2,5 times before battery died, I watched time and it was 02:03, took off the earphones and Mp3 player, then I guess just maybe 2 minutes passed and I was asleep. Which use to be normal sometimes.

Also I before have listened to meditation and relaxing tracks, which I liked more than this one actually.
But anyway, falling asleep this way doesn't work for me I guess. Or I am just doing it all wrong.
