To nap or not to nap....
Hey guys,
I have a test tonight at 7pm and I pulled an all-nighter last night. I've got class all day until 2pm, after which I am free until my test. I still have a bit of last minute studying to do to prepare for my test, but I am really tired. In the 5 hour period before my test should I take a nap or just study? If I nap, how long should it be?
Any advice is great, thanks.

Never ever pull a all-nighter for purposes of study. You might not think like this, but you're actually achieving lower cognitive performance and less memory. Sleep is very important to solidify the things you learn or study the day/hours before, so there's not much use to study like hell if you aren't going to sleep after.
Yes take a nap. Ideally your naps should take 20minutes, but since you pulled an all-nighter, I'd ignore the future issues with sleep deregulation and sleep inertia and just sleep a bit more. Take care of yourself and good luck with your test ;)
