Ive read that its recommended to sleep 8h, esp if you work out. So what is it that needs to recover most, the brain or the body? ive heard that if you meditate, your brain needs less rest, so if you meditate and you dont have a physical demanding job, can you sussteain sleeping only 6h day longterm? |
