I am new to this...

I finally had enough and realized that what I am going through is a problem i need to discuss with others. I am 35 and had my first sleep paralysis when I was about 25. I had LOUD auditory hallucinations that scared me so bad I went into rehab for alcohol the next day. I was drinking alot and that night I didn't drink for the first time in a long while so I chalked it up to withdrawal. It was freaking scary. It has happened numerous times over the past 10 years but today was a doozy. I took my kid to school and came back, checked facebook and what not then set a time to read my boring college book in bed knowing I would doze off. I then spent 3.5 hours having that seizure feeling in my body off and on and waking up because I forgot to breathe. But I don't think I was ever really asleep. (I taught myself how to lucid dream at an early age) The whole time I could close my eyes and while still awake mind you, I could see my dreams behind my eyelids. I can decide what scares me. Except for the vibrations in my body and head. That is scary and I don't know what to do with it.
