Thread: High pitched noise in my ears?

Well, lately I've been really tired and exhausted so I had a lack of a lot of sleep. But as that was not enough last night I got sad and emotionally crushed and I didn't feel very well and I couldn't sleep nor I wanted. I was awake about till 3 a.m. like it's not enough every night thaat I couldn't sleep or simply was awake wasting time chatting or something else. And so on this passed night that I was awake at some point I decided to lay down and so I did. After some time I began to hear very high pitched tones inside my ears. I could guess that it's maybe because of my exhaustion or my blood preassure but I don't know. So those sounds were lasting for about 1 or 2 minutes or something in between I couldn't turn it off very high pitched tones constantly sounding in my ears. I was aware I didn't actually fall asleep or anything I could move my body but as I was still it seemed to be louder than when I movec but I am not sure. Anyway it lasted for 1 minute or idk constantly sounding it got on my nerves so much because I've decided to finally go to sleep so I turned myself around and then it stopped at least I think right before I fell asleep. So I would like to know what do you think about it? And what do you think that could be?
