Post Hi! I'm new and starting Everyman 4. Gonna keep a log in here.

Hello, my name is Morgan. Online I go by Tatara or "Tat" for short. I am a almost 25 year old male with a wife and kid. I decided to start the Everyman 4 schedule (4.5 hour core and 2 naps). Results so far:

      Day 1:

      Core: 11:00 pm - 3:30 am
Woke up fairly easily from this one. Felt well rested and energetic.

      Nap 1: 9:40 am - 10:00 pm
This is in the middle of my workday but I told my boss and she was okay with it. I wasn't able to go to sleep for the nap but I felt refreshed at the end of time so hopefully that is a good sign.

      Nap 2: 4:10 pm - 4:30 pm
Had a little tiredness around 1:30 that I was able to work through. This nap was in the middle of my commute home so I had my wife drive. The ride was a bit bumpy and distracting. I still was not able to go to sleep for this nap but again I felt refreshed.

      Day 1 end:
So far I haven't had any real tiredness (not that I expexcted any on day 1). My wife decided to join me on my experiment but she need to be waking up from her first nap at around 8:30 am so I adjusted my schedule.

      Day 2 core: 9:30 pm - 3:00 am
Woke up at 2:00 am to my alarms and tried to get my wife up. Laid in bed while waiting for her to stir. Ended up falling back to sleep but got up at exactly 3:00am.

Adjusted schedule put the naps at 8:10am-8:30am and 2:40pm - 3:00pm. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

      Day 2:
      Nap 1: 8:10am-8:30am
Once again no sleep during nap time. Still I feel refreshed afterward.

      Nap 2: 2:40pm-3:00pm
Had some serious narcoleptic symptoms around 12-2. I think I managed to fight off the sleep and if I didn't I was only out for a minute or so. No sleep again for the nap but as before still feel refreshed afterwards.

      Day 3:

      Core: 9:45pm-2:00 am
Was a little late getting home last night so all the pre-bed preperations (resetting alarm clocks, feeding the dog, locking doors) made me slightly late for the core. All in all it wasn't too bad. I'm going to have to move my first nap up 30 minutes for today because of work but its only gonna be a once a week thing so I don't think it will hurt too much.

      Nap 1: 7:40am-8:00am
Still no sleep yet. Been feeling a good bit of tiredness throughout the day.

      Nap 2: 2:10pm-2:30am
Think I fell asleep for a few minutes but was tired just a few minutes after nap. Glad to be getting to this part this is where the body should start having to adjust to the new schedule.
