      Tired after lucid dreaming...

I'm a natural lucid dreamer, and I love to lucid dream as I tend to think of them as night-time adventures. However, I've started having this side-effect which is quite possibly the most annoying thing I've ever had: I'm literally exhausted after lucid dreaming.
Like most people, I have to wake up early in the morning (around 4-5) and I go to sleep at a decent 8-9 o'clock. I've even started to go to sleep earlier to try to counteract this, but I'm still dead-tired. It gets scary, though, when I had a fantastic lucid dream on Sunday and slept for 16 hours. Sixteen hours.
Still tired. I think the one "dreamless" sleep I had saved my life around that Friday as I felt good for once that day, and I've been consciously turning off my lucid dreams since...For the most part, anyhow.
Does anyone else have this problem? Can I stop it? I really love my lucid dreams but I can't walk around like a zombie at work.

      Thanks, guys.

Whenever I go lucid, I wake up quite tired and I also notice that I have been sweating from the waist down.
If you are able to willingly turn on/off your lucidity, then make a little time schedule so you only go lucid on certain days (avoiding work). It will provide some balance to your life, and the control you have over your dreams is phenomenal - perhaps you can teach me?

Yeah, I've been trying to work on my schedule, but it's so tempting! I have about a month off work though, luckily, so I'm cramming as many lucid dreams in as possible.
I hope that last part was sarcasm, because I literally have no clue how I do it. I just don't feel like it, so I don't? I guess it's like the reverse MILD technique. lol
