Help with prescription drugs

So it has come to my attention that drugs are not necessarily helpful when trying to lucid dream. I have to take certain drugs due to health issues, one is named Perindopril (2mg). I don't know what ingredients are bad or good for lucid dreaming so someone with knowledge of this please possibly help me out on this. There's 2 others I forgot the name of, I will attempt to find those as well. Sorry if wrong forum I couldn't quite figure out where this goes.

I recall reading that some drugs interfere with REM sleep, which would of course not be a good thing for somebody into lucid dreaming. Try a google search -with the name of the drug plus REM. Niall
