      Bassets Everyday Health Multivitamins?

      Ok so I found these soft & chewy multi-vitamins by Bassets, I am interested in whether these would help with dreaming (recall, vividness and lucidity).

      I understand it contains 1.4mg B6 and 2.5micro-grams B12, is this a good amount to actually benefit my dreaming?

      If not, what will? any other vitamin/suppliment recommendations.

      Also how many, when should I and in what time frame should I be taking them?

      Ok I did my research and this seems that it wouldn't particularly help with dreaming, I am going to try 50mg B6 tablets I think as I am quite small I figure 100mg may be too much.
