Amazing lucid aid for diagnosed Bi Polar II, depression, or schizophrenia.

I've been diagnosed Bi Polar II and have been prescribed Seroquel for mood stabilization (it also works as an effective anti depressant).

I've been taking it for 4 days and so far and without fail every night I've had extremely vivid dreams (with amazing recall). I have not yet had a lucid but I've came close every time. I'm 90% sure if I were to start doing regular reality checks I could LD nearly every night.

I don't recommend requesting a prescription unless you suffer from one of the mental disorders outlined on the website -- SEROQUEL XR® (quetiapine fumarate) | Bipolar Disorder | Depression

If you have any questions plz ask.

      Cheers,

      J

*Moved to Sleep and Health from Lucid Aids, because of this description of Lucid Aids section:

"Discuss any readily available legal substances (U.S. laws apply) and devices influencing dreaming. Vitamins, supplements, food, audio cues, music, software, alarms are all welcome here. If you are taking prescribed prescription drugs and have a question regarding their effects, please visit the Sleep and Health section. Please refrain from discussing illegal drugs or their usage."

i also am on the same medication and yes it is normal for it to produce vivid dreams, i enjoy my sleep now on it and it balances my sleep pattern out which is very good for me, ive been on it for a year along with zopiclone which helps also .

Do you also find you have a very good imagination , i have always had this and have been told it is to do with being bipolar .
