Thumbs up The fundamental and general/overalll causes for the rapid rise in sleep disorders

The significant and overall reconfiguration and reduction/loss/alteration of sensory experience in all forms (television, foods, drinks, indoor lighting, etc., etc.), including the reduction in the range and extensiveness of feeling that we experience, is fundamentally related to the rapid rise in sleep disorders. If we walk away from reality, reality walks away from us. As but one example, fresh outdoor air increases ability to sleep and to stay asleep. Quite simply, significantly changing experience from what is natural, and naturally extensive, is involving sleep disorders. We know that anxiety and depression are related to sleep disorders. Now, carefully consider what is written here in line with the causes of depression and anxiety, including what depression and anxiety are and involve. Think about it please.

Dream experience and waking experience are fundamentally linked and related. We have to be able to "form up" the dream experience. We have to be able to naturally/normally stay or remain in the dream experience while we are dreaming. Obviously and importantly, sleeping includes dreaming. Importantly, imbalance and loss go together; as completeness and balance go together. Dream experience and waking experience are both natural experiences.

Is there a rapid rise? Or is it staying the same, but becoming more noticeable? Regardless, I spend every free moment virtually glued to a screen and have never had a problem.

You have to be capable of organic growth. That means natural growth. Spending "every free moment virtually glued to a screen" does not grow you, your emotions, your feeling(s), and your thought. Dreams and waking experiences are natural experiences.

Lack of exercise and television contribute to or cause depression. Effects vary from individual to individual, obviously. However, I am talking about the effects or causes/consequences as they are generally, significantly, and fundamentally understood and determined/identified, and down the road for humanity as well. What, for example, would the effects be on humanity if all that we saw and heard was television? The point is well made here that the effects would clearly be multiple/various, soon in coming, widespread, and horrific. Life is fragile. Dream experience and waking experience are fundamentally linked and related. This is a super important point for many reasons. As a full creation of thought, television is a form, type, or manifiestation of hallucination; as television is fully similar to (or fully like) thought.

Again, if we walk away from reality, reality walks away from us. It is quite simple.

I don't know what is causing me pain at night or what causes my whole body to suddenly twitch at night, but its really bothersome.

Hi Kadie. I am not a medical doctor. I am an expert on depression and anxiety. I assume that the doctor(s) do not know what is causing these problems? I know quite a bit about emotional and thoughtful growth, improvement, and development.

As you know, rest, nutrition, and exercise are fundamentals. As but one example, are you drinking enough water? Again, I am not a medical doctor; and I do not know what is causing you these problems.
