Is there a rapid rise? Or is it staying the same, but becoming more noticeable? Regardless, I spend every free moment virtually glued to a screen and have never had a problem. |

The significant and overall reconfiguration and reduction/loss/alteration of sensory experience in all forms (television, foods, drinks, indoor lighting, etc., etc.), including the reduction in the range and extensiveness of feeling that we experience, is fundamentally related to the rapid rise in sleep disorders. If we walk away from reality, reality walks away from us. As but one example, fresh outdoor air increases ability to sleep and to stay asleep. Quite simply, significantly changing experience from what is natural, and naturally extensive, is involving sleep disorders. We know that anxiety and depression are related to sleep disorders. Now, carefully consider what is written here in line with the causes of depression and anxiety, including what depression and anxiety are and involve. Think about it please. |

You have to be capable of organic growth. That means natural growth. Spending "every free moment virtually glued to a screen" does not grow you, your emotions, your feeling(s), and your thought. Dreams and waking experiences are natural experiences. |

I don't know what is causing me pain at night or what causes my whole body to suddenly twitch at night, but its really bothersome. |

Hi Kadie. I am not a medical doctor. I am an expert on depression and anxiety. I assume that the doctor(s) do not know what is causing these problems? I know quite a bit about emotional and thoughtful growth, improvement, and development. |
