The fundamental and general/overalll causes for the rapid rise in sleep disorders
The significant and overall reconfiguration and reduction/loss/alteration of sensory experience in all forms (television, foods, drinks, indoor lighting, etc., etc.), including the reduction in the range and extensiveness of feeling that we experience, is fundamentally related to the rapid rise in sleep disorders. If we walk away from reality, reality walks away from us. As but one example, fresh outdoor air increases ability to sleep and to stay asleep. Quite simply, significantly changing experience from what is natural, and naturally extensive, is involving sleep disorders. We know that anxiety and depression are related to sleep disorders. Now, carefully consider what is written here in line with the causes of depression and anxiety, including what depression and anxiety are and involve. Think about it please.
Dream experience and waking experience are fundamentally linked and related. We have to be able to "form up" the dream experience. We have to be able to naturally/normally stay or remain in the dream experience while we are dreaming. Obviously and importantly, sleeping includes dreaming. Importantly, imbalance and loss go together; as completeness and balance go together. Dream experience and waking experience are both natural experiences.
