Foods that kill dreams

What are foods that seem to kill any dreaming? For whatever reason if I ever eat Raisinets I have zero recollection of dreams. I always heard that chocolate helps dream, but it seems to kill dreams every night I eat them.

Like you said, chocolate would help because it's a stimulant (caffeine) so it speeds up the brain. They say chocolate is calming as well. I wouldn't eat too much though! xD
