Yes. It happens to me when i'm stressed or worried about something in my life. And sometimes i don't know what i am worried about. When i figured it out, my sleep went back to normal. Maybe that's your case also. |

there are nights where i wake up 4 or 5 hours after falling asleep and not feeling sleepy at all. when i try to go back to bed, it's just as if i'm trying to fall asleep when i just went to bed, with my mind racing and constantly switching sleep positions. it's like someone put a rewind to my sleeping schedule or somethin. it's disastrous when you try to do wbtb for not even 5 minutes, i lost over an hour of sleep. these patterns last for a week and i don't know what may be the cause. does anyone else experience this? |

Yes, lots of times! It's why I never try wbtb deliberately. When it happens anyway, I'm usually awake for two hours or more ... but I do sometimes get a lucid dream or two afterwards. |

when you do wake up just dont go back to bed, because it resets your sleep schedule and will f you up if you have to wake up early (which is why it takes you so long to go back to sleep) |
