does this happen to anyone else?
there are nights where i wake up 4 or 5 hours after falling asleep and not feeling sleepy at all. when i try to go back to bed, it's just as if i'm trying to fall asleep when i just went to bed, with my mind racing and constantly switching sleep positions. it's like someone put a rewind to my sleeping schedule or somethin. it's disastrous when you try to do wbtb for not even 5 minutes, i lost over an hour of sleep. these patterns last for a week and i don't know what may be the cause. does anyone else experience this?
