I am able to access adrealine at will. It feels like a rush sensation through my head.
And I have heard that other people have problems after they do this. I dont know why these people might, but I have no problems accessing and Stoping adrealine.
Yes, I only usually access adrealine for a couple seconds before stopping it. Theres no need for me to continue the adrealine rush unless of course I'm active.
So, how do you do it?

Are you sure it is an adrenaline rush? Have you felt one before trying to induce to know the feeling? If so, how do you do it? :) I used to do something that I thought was similar to an.adrenaline rush, but after having a few through adrenaline rush moments (fight, skydive, etc.) I realized that it didn't seem to be quite as strong, and that i was only raising my awareness like it was an.adrenaline rush, but I didn't have the extra strength or the shaky cool down of a rush.

Skydiving is way different, when you sky dive, you get more of an amazing rush, the feeling is more extreme.
But I can release adraline probaley at a lower level, but it's still an adraline rush ;)
How do I do it?

But its just simply, you activate a specific feeling inside your head, and the rush starts. You can feel your chest beating faster, so you know. And then just yell STOP really loud in your head to reduce heart beat, and adraline.
lol, I'm pretty sure thats not an adrenaline rush. During a real adrenaline rush, you will feel an extreme burst of energy, increased strength and reaction times, and your heart will be beating fast. I sincerely doubt you have some sort of super power to trigger an adrenaline rush at will, and if you did it would be very unhealthy for you.
I think it is certainly possible theoretically. An adrenaline rush is triggered from stimuli that indicates a life or death situation, whether for you or a loved one. If you manage to visualise a scenario like that with sufficient intensity, you should get some sort of buzz, though probably less intense than the "real" thing.
However, I would err at the side of caution like Shamanite suggests. There is probably a reason why adrenaline rushes are reserved for those kinds of situation. There is going to be some sort of pay-off involved, whether metabolic or structural. Research this and decide for yourself whether the price is worth it and adjust your habits accordingly. If for example, an adrenaline rush causes a faster rate of energy consumption, eat more calorie rich foods on the days you use it. One effect that I am aware of is that it often causes you to lose control of your bowels so you may want to keep that in mind before utilizing it. :-P
I can cause myself an adrenaline rush by thinking of scenarios that cause the rush, which only takes seconds to do. I think of it as a psuedorush though, the pre-rush... but that's because when I truly get an adrenaline rush I get in the zone. I used to be in the 82nd airborne division in the US Army and when I had to stand up to get ready to jump out of planes I got this pre-rush I am talking about: I feel a sudden jolt and a wave of cold, my heart starts to pump faster and I seem to both feel and hear it, I feel euphoric and excited, I begin to shake a bit, and my thoughts become more linear and on-task. What I call my true adrenaline rush occurs when I am playing sports, in combat, driving an out of control vehicle, etc. (all stuff I have experienced). During this time, my thoughts cease to be words, time slows to a crawl but also seems to go so fast that I can't remember what had just happened all the way, my actions are partially automatic and I am 100% in the moment. Everything not having to do with me or my direct surroundings and what I am about to do cease to exist. It seems like my ability to hear has disappeared even though I can still react to sound, and my mind reaches a climax of utter, serene calm... and I simply "do", simply act. And I make all the right choices, they just happen. When it's all over, I am not shaky either. That's a "true" adrenaline rush to me, although the psuedorush or pre-rush I described fits much more in line with the symptoms you typically hear associated with adrenaline. Idk if my "real" rush is actually just an altered state of consciousness rather than an adrenaline rush or not to be honest, but I don't think I could react that quickly if the adrenaline wasn't pumping.
Anyway, given I can cause my psuedo-pre-rush within a second or two of just thinking about a situation like being in a fight or something, I believe the OP. If this counts as causing an adrenaline rush at will to everybody else, it is certainly possible.
edit: Oh yeah, in both cases of my pre-rush and real rush, I am also unable to feel pain. This is common though. Team leaders in the Army are trained to check their fire team after a firefight for blood or signs of damage because many people have no idea they have been shot until after their team leader checks them and is like oh fuck dude you got shot.
it is an adrenoline rush like ive been saying, but its a less powerful one
I do feel increased energy
and my heart does beat fast, i already know what one is, so no need to explain it lol
its not a super power, anyone can do the same, and its not unhealthy, cause i can stop it as well

theres different levels the you can feel, different amounts of hormones that can flow through your mind, thats why i know i can, but like i keep saying, its not as powerful as skydiving, im sureQuote:

Has no one ever imagined doing something that gets them really pumped up before? Like not just mentally but physically? I mean it's seriously easy to do, I can't believe you guys either can't do it or don't know how.
