Can't find a comfortable position...
Hi guys
Lately I've been having problems getting a good position to sleep in, main reason is my neck that hurts. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I've tried a lot of methods to support it better. (2 pillows stacked, pillow pushed under my neck, neckbrace, ...) Even throughout the day my neck still hurts it ain't agonizing but enough to keep me awake and aware of it throughout the day, I have only had this problem for the last two weeks. I do crack my neck sometimes in the morning and about 5 times a day to make it more flexible, could this be a cause? Do you have any neck exercises that could help me?
