Headaches and WILD attempts

Since I've started attempting WILDs in March, I've noticed when I'm really close to the mind awake body asleep and sleep paralysis, that I get a headache and wake up. It doesn't happen with the WBTB+DILD attempts. So should I just stick with the DILDs and reality checks? The headaches seem to happen every time and it's like a sharp pain just between my eye brows. Like I said many times, I almost had a WILD but no headache when I woke up after experiencing the floating feeling I've posted about.
